You have invested time in your education and have garnered invaluable interior design experience. Now you’re ready to manage your own project from concept to completion. That’s when you discover JAI, a full-service Interior Design firm that has implemented creative design solutions for hospitality projects throughout the United States and Caribbean for over 15 years.

As you enter the workspace of JAI, you are greeted by a family-like team of designers who believe in their clients and the work they perform.  There are aisles of design materials surrounding a layout table for group collaboration and creative planning.

“This is where I belong,” you think to yourself as you glance at the concepts, fabric and material samples that have been pulled for a current project.

Private offices house JAI’s greatest assets–the creative minds behind our designs.  Each team member has a personal space to express themselves. They are each working on multiple projects at various stages of the design process while efficiently managing deadlines and unexpected challenges. They know how to communicate with a wide variety of clients, architects, vendors and contractors and enjoy working with people as much as design.

The mission of JAI is clear: Creating Design that Makes a Difference. JAI designs spaces that tell an essential human story and make an impact in the lives of those who experience them.

Does all of this sound exciting to you, including a culture of work / life balance? Then we want you on our team!  If you meet the following qualifications and want to join our JAI family, please contact us:
